Terms of Use

Welcome to myrna labs owned and operated by Myrna Infotech Pvt Ltd (collectively solversINC). solversINC provides an online venue and services that enables users that can be organisations or individuals (the members) to conduct transactions on the solversINC network, revite network and the revite network mobile app and users (the visitors) to view content, comment and feedback. The membership of the network is governed by an additional Membership Terms & Conditions that every member needs to agree to when you join the network as a member. The members use different facilities provided by solversINC to undertake professional or business transactions or share information, advice with other members while the visitors use facilities to view, share information, all collectively called Services. Services are made available through the website www.solversinc.com, www.solversinc.io, www.therevitenetwork.com and any other websites (collectively the Site) and as applications (Applications) for mobile devices.

When you use the Site, Services and Applications you agree to these terms and hence we request you to take time to read this Terms of Use alternatively also termed Terms. When you join the network as a member you are required to agree to the Membership Terms & Conditions. When you use the mobile applications you are required to agree to additional Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

You are deemed to have agreed to this Terms of Use required to agree to the Terms mentioned here when you start use of Site, Services and Applications. You are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and all Rules, Policies and disclaimers posted on the site or about which you are notified time to time. If you do not agree or you are under the age of 18 please do not use this website. These terms govern your access and use of Site, Applications and Content as described below and constitute a binding agreement between you and solversINC

In these Terms, you and your defines the individual and the entity that uses the Site, Services, Applications and Content. We, us and our represents solversINC.

solversINC operates online venues, Solversinc.com, therevitenetwork.com, solversinc.io and revitenetwork mobile app that help members create a profile to register in order to conduct business or professional transactions with other members through the Site, Services, Applications and Content that helps visitors to view, comment, feedback through Site, Services, Applications and Content

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SOLVERSINC IS NOT PARTY TO ANY AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN MEMBERS OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF USING OUR SITE SERVICES APPLICATIONS AND CONTENT. SOLVERSINC HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE CONDUCT OF MEMBERS AND VISITORS OR OTHER USERS OF THE SITE, APPLICATIONS, CONTENT AND SERVICES AND OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THAT CONNECTION AND DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY IN THAT REGARD.

YOU AGREE THAT BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, APPLICATIONS AND COLLECTIVE CONTENT OR BY DOWNLOADING AND/OR POSTING CONTENT FROM OR ON THE SITE THROUGH SITE APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER YOU HAVE REGISTERED AS A MEMBER OR NOT.

If you accept or agree to these Terms on behalf of a company or legal entity you represent that you have the authority to bind that company or legal entity to these Terms and in such case, you and your will apply to the company or legal authority.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE, APPLICATION, SERVICES OR COLLECTIVE CONTENT.

Definitions

Member - refers to the individual or entity registered as a member who uses and provides services on the Site and Applications.

Visitor - refers to individual or entity who has not completed the registration process of a member but uses the site, services, applications and content

Member Types - 2 types of members are currently on boarded on solversINC. Organisation and individual

Content - means all content that solversINC makes available through the Site, Application and Services, including third party content but excludes content provided by Members

Collective Content - means Content (as described above) and Member content

Member content - content that a member posts, uploads, publishes, submits and/or transmits to be made available through the Site, Applications and Services and to access or provide Services from members

User - includes visitors (who have not completed the account registration process as a member) and members

Tax or Taxes - means any tax including but not limited to service tax, TDS, VAT, and other state or central taxes as are applicable or may be made applicable in the future.

Membership Terms and Conditions (alternatively Membership T&C) - Access and Use of some features and parts of the Site and Applications - may be governed by Membership T&C. If there is a conflict between these Membership T&C for the specific feature or part of the Site and Applications, and the Terms of this Agreement, the Membership T&C will prevail with respect to the use or access of that area of the Site Applications, Services, Collective content.

Right to modify Terms

We may modify any of the Terms at any time by posting them on the Site. Changes will be automatically effective upon posting. We will communicate to you by sending you emails or posting notices on the SITE and APPLICATIONS. You agree to make any and all necessary arrangements so that you receive all emails from @solversinc.com email addresses. Your continued use of service will signify your acceptance of changes. If you do not agree to the changes please discontinue using the SITE and APPLICATIONS. The latest Terms will be posted on the SITE and APPLICATIONS and you should review them prior to using the SITE and APPLICATIONS.

Electronic Communication

Visiting solversinc.com or sending emails to solversinc.com constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account (including account code) and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that solversINC is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. solversINC and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

solversINC does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. People under the age of thirteen are expressly forbidden to use the site. If you are under 18, you may use solversINC only with permission of a parent or guardian and with direct supervision.

Member Conduct

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations and tax obligations that may apply to your use of the Site, Application, Services and Content.

You acknowledge and agree that you will not

Register for more than one solversINC member account or do so on behalf of another individual other than yourself
Impersonate any individual or entity or otherwise misrepresent yourself or your affiliation to any individual or entity
Violate any local, state or central regulation or law of the land or any order of court including, without limitation Tax regulations
Infringe the rights of any person or entity including but not limited to their intellectual property, privacy or contractual rights
Use manual or automated software, scripts, robots, or any other method to spider, scrape, crawl, any web pages or services contained in the Site, Applications, Services or Content
Use the Site, Applications, Services or Content for any commercial or other purposes that are not expressly permitted by these Terms
Copy, store or otherwise access any information made available through the Site, Applications, Services or Content for purposes not expressly permitted by the Terms mentioned here
Use the Site, Applications, Services or Content to publish, distribute, post or submit any information, store or collect any personally identifiable information about other users or others without their permission
Damage our Site, Applications, Services or Content through including but not limited to use of viruses, harmful code, flood pings, packet or IP spoofing, forged routing or similar technologies and methods
Use Site, Applications, Services or Content to send altered or deceptive information or use any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting
Attempt or support and/or assist any third party to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software used to run the Site, Applications, Services or Content
Use our Site, Applications, Content and Service to distribute unsolicited email or advertisements or stalk or harass other users
Post, upload, publish, submit, transmit any content that violates
- Third party patent, copyright, trademark or any other intellectual property right or
- Infringes privacy or
- Is deceptive or
- Violates or encourages conduct to violate any law of the land or
- Is defamatory, pornographic, obscene, offensive, vulgar
- Is violent or promotes violence
Contact a member for any other purpose other than what relates to the scope of your usage of Site, Applications, Services, Content
Recruit or otherwise solicit any member to join third party services or websites that are in competition to solversINC without our prior written approval
Use the Site, Applications, Services or Content to find a member and then complete a transaction outside the Site, Applications, Services, Content in order to circumvent the obligation to pay fees and charges that relate to provision of the Services
Submit any information in your profile, set up or your bids with false and misleading information or price and timing information that you don’t intend to follow through
Use, display or frame the Site, Applications, Services, Content and content or any element within, solversINC’s name, logo or layout and design of any page without our written consent.

You acknowledge and agree that solversINC has no obligation to monitor your access and usage of the Site, Applications, Services and Content or to review or edit any Member content but we have the right to do so for purpose of operating the Site, Applications, Services and Content and/or to comply with law of the land or the order or requirements of courts/central or state authorities/government bodies.

solversINC reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to remove any content that solversINC at its sole discretion considers to be in violation of these Terms

Privacy

Please refer to our privacy policy for information concerning collection and use of personal information.

Ownership and Application License

You acknowledge and agree that the Site, Applications, Services and Content including all associated intellectual property rights is the exclusive property of solversINC and its licensors.

Subject to your compliance with the Terms, solversINC grants you a limited non-exclusive and non-transferable license to download and install a copy of the Application on a single mobile device or computer that you own or control and run the Application only for your own personal use or authorised organisational use. solversINC reserves all rights in the Application not expressly granted to you by these Terms. You are not permitted to sublicense the rights granted to you under these Terms.

Taxes

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for determining your applicable tax reporting requirements. solversINC cannot and does not offer any Tax related advisories to employers and Members or Users of the Site, Applications and Services

You will deposit the TDS, if applicable on Service Fees paid to solversINC to the Tax authority and can claim a reimbursement from solversINC by submitting a copy of the TDS certificate.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may upgrade, or cancel your membership subscription at any time. Once payment has been made, we do not offer refunds for cancellation. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refunds policy for more details

Moderation/Suspension of Account

solversINC or its representatives, subsidiaries or partners may decide to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason. Common reasons include improper use of the service, misrepresentations to other members, fraudulent activities, misuse of services, application, membership offerings, and activity that violates these Terms or our Privacy policy. In the event that your account is suspended or terminated, there shall be no refund offered; however, your account will be cancelled and no further charges will be incurred.

Billing & Payment Terms

Certain services are automatically renewed monthly. For these services, payment is due on the first day of the renewal period. If there is an interruption in payment, such as a billing issue, such interruption does not relieve Customer of the obligation to pay the monthly fee, even in the case of inactivity or non-use of services.

Rights to Sensitive Business Information

solversINC takes great care and undertakes great expense to procure its user relationships, and business data and information. solversINC provides access to these clients, relationships, data and information to its members. All users agree and acknowledge, with clear understanding, to never use this provided access and information as a means to compete directly with solversINC or share this information with another third party for the purposes of commercial gain. All provided information shall be considered the sole property of solversINC, with all the rights and privileges associated with valid ownership. The Membership T&C provides additional Terms to be agreed by members.

Data Maintenance

Although solversINC conducts regular backups and takes certain security precautions, solversINC shall not be held liable for maintenance of user data nor continuation of its service. Users are responsible for the creation and maintenance of their own data, including their individual and business information.

Quality of Listings

solversINC checks to ensure that member content are active, of good quality, and updated regularly. However solversINC cannot guarantee the accuracy, prioritization, or other details of member content.

Termination

solversINC reserves the right to terminate access to solversINC, in whole or in part, for any user, for any reason, in its sole discretion.

International Users

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by solversINC from our offices within India. If you access the Service from a location outside India, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the content accessed through solversINC in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless solversINC, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the site, application or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Terms of Use or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. solversINC reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with solversINC in asserting any available defenses.

Liability Disclaimer

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. solversINC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.

solversINC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. solversINC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL solversINC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF solversINC OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE, APPLICATION AND SERVICES.

solversINC, revite network, the revitenetwork, ourefer, myrna labs are brand names/trademarks of solversINC. Other company and product names shown on the site may be the trademarks, symbols, logos and/or service marks of solversINC or of third parties. The use on the Site of any trademark or other designation of a third party should not be construed as endorsement of any kind of any third party.

Users of solversINC agree to respect the intellectual property rights of other users and of other people, brands, and companies. solversINC will not be held liable for any copyright, defamation, trademark, or trade name issues. Users expressly agree that they will be solely responsible for all such copyright, defamation, trademark, or trade name liabilities created through their use of solversINC.

solversINC expressly reserves the right to remove, edit, delete, or transfer ownership of any infringing content, without notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to any user or party. Additionally, solversINC reserves the right to remove, cancel, and permanently delete the account of any user which has infringed upon any right or any other. Furthermore, solversINC reserves the right to permanently delete the entirety of any user's account, content, and information without any liability to the user, without notice, with its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

If there are issues with copyright infringement, defamation, trademark, or trade name infringement, solversINC will respond to notices which comply with applicable law and which are properly communicated to us in the format described below. Users who suspect misuse may report the issue directly to solversINC at support@solversinc.com

When reporting the issue, please include:

The URL of the page which contains the infringement.
Specific nature of the content in question.
A statement that you believe that the use of the content in question is not authorised by the copyright owner
A statement that the information presented in your communication is true and accurate, and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your contact information, including name, email address, and phone number.
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised party.
